Standard Spring Day

It was sunny this morning and the temperature is now up to 7 C at the house. Up top there was a cool enough wind to keep me wearing a head band, but all the normal assortment of spring conditions. In high or shady areas there was even some left over soft snow from last week up top that still skied nicely. This meant that Cedar Ridge was not only open, but quite nice. There was the odd slick spot and things got a tad lumpy down near the bottom. but all in all it was not too bad. Sunnyside was sun baked and soft with big moguls. North Ridge was an excellent cruise although just a bit firm in the middle and lower Cedar Main was nice carve but more than a bit firm. The KC chutes were the only thing I noticed still closed when I when by. Everything down low was soft.
