Bernie's FAR Update 2003/1/29:

Things started to look up eary this afternoon. I headed out at 1:30 as a few well space flakes started to drift down. By mid afternoon the snow was falling steadily. We skied until 3:45 and by then enough snow had fallen on the upper slopes to make a significant improvement. I'm not saying the conditions were great. Much more snow is needed to cover the strong and slippery crust, but even 2 or 3 centimeters was enough to inject some fun back into the groomers.

At 5:30 pm. it is -1C at the base area and snowing steadily.
